Impact Through Rhythm!

Oxnard School District Pilot Program

In partnership with the Oxnard School District in Ventura County, California, DrumBus piloted a 3-year group drumming program.

Powered by the Beat the Odds® program, an evidence-based, trauma-informed curriculum developed by the UCLA Arts & Healing Initiative, DrumBus transformed rhythm, movement, and play into a vital social, emotional and cognitive learning experience for students.
